Recreational Basketball
WAA's Recreational Basketball program runs during the late Fall/early Winter months (Nov-Mar) for children in Kindergarten through High School. There are separate leagues for boys and girls in 1st - High School grades. The indoor program consists of 1 game and 1 practice per week for an 8 game season beginning in November (session 1) or mid-Jan. (session 2). Games are played on Saturdays at a District 204 school or other local gyms. Practice location/time/day are selected by the team head coach. Kindergarten does NOT have a separate practice. The Kindergarten Saturday sessions are a combined practice/clinic/mini-game format.
