Fast Break Fridays

2024 Summer Fast Break Fridays (Basketball)

WAA’s professional trainers have created a program to increase basketball conditioning, coordination and motor skills for youth athletes.

This program utilizes innovative fast-paced offensive drills in a fun and competitive atmosphere to build the youth athlete’s physical foundation. Fast Break Fridays provides the baseline athleticism necessary to refine running form, proper athletic movements, change of direction, footwork, speed, burst and conditioning. (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL)

2024 Summer Basketball Skills and Scrimmages

This is a daytime youth camp that focuses on developing the complete player. You will develop shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, rebounding and other essential skills to become a well-rounded basketball player. You also get to take the skills you practiced and apply them in a controlled game setting. It will be both fun and intense. (PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL)
