WAA's goal for all camps & clinics is to provide children with an opportunity to learn the basic skills in a safe and non-threatening environment. Our intent is for the children to have fun and learn to enjoy the game. Every child should walk off the field feeling like a winner.

2026 Fall Speed & Agility Training

Speed & Agility Training is a high-energy program designed to help young athletes move faster, react quicker, and build greater confidence in their athletic abilities.

Using the WAA Sports Center basketball court as an open training space, athletes will participate in age-appropriate drills focused on acceleration, first-step quickness, change of direction, coordination, balance, plyometrics, and conditioning. Each session will combine purposeful instruction with fast-paced movement challenges that keep athletes active and engaged.

2026 Fall Speed & Agility

Dates: Saturdays, October 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2026

Grades & Times:
2nd–3rd Grade: 2:30–3:30 PM
4th–5th Grade: 3:30–4:30 PM
6th–8th Grade: 4:30–5:30 PM
