Eileen Roberts

• Plays basketball and baseball at WAA

• Plays softball and basketball at WAA

Why Eileen loves coaching with WAA:

"I have coached for just a few years with WAA and love it. Both kids have made some great friends that carry on and off the field and court! As a coach, I look forward to teaching the kids skills for the court, but also how to negotiate relationships, learn the rules, build confidence, have fun, and to celebrate each other. Every season I have a beginning athlete that knows little about the game. By the end of the season I am so proud when they grow and can demonstrate their skills and they realize how much better they have gotten. I am also thrilled when I have a talented athlete that I can help further develop and become stronger. Lastly, I enjoy coaching my own kids and their friends (while they still let me). I realize that coaching is a privilege and hope to instill great values, skills, and fun into the next generation of athletes."
