Softball Head Coach Meeting and Uniform/Equipment Handout

7:15 PM: 5th/6th grade & 7th/8th grade Softball
Welcome to the 2023 season of WAA Recreational Baseball!
We love our volunteers! All handouts include a brief meeting. Equipment bags need to be checked out before leaving the facility. Please allow about 45 minutes for the entire process. Equipment, Uniforms, Rosters, and Schedules will be handed out at the meeting and are not available prior to the dates/times listed.
As a reminder, Head Coaches also have the following responsibilities early in the season:
- Coach MUST contact team within 48 hours of handout. Players are anxiously waiting to hear from you. Please plan your first practice (location and time) now so you will be ready to notify your team following handout.
- We know you want your roster, but please do not call the office and ask for rosters before the meeting! Rosters change daily so will not be finalized until May 9th!
- Please talk to us about any roster concerns ASAP and BEFORE you contact your team.
- Hand out team uniforms at first practice!
