Please note schedule
changes for May 18th (Sun.) Specifically these involve Bulls Varsity, Wheaton
North & Bulls JV.
Welcome to
the Spring Sunday High School Girls Basketball League held at Waubonsie Valley
High School in Aurora. This is the 5th year for the Wheatland Athletic
Association to sponsor the league. The league is composed primarily of
area high school girls teams, but any girls team may enter the league which has
both JV and Varsity divisions. Each team plays two games each Sunday for a total
of ten games over the season. Registration Deadline March 15th!
As a
reminder per IHSA rules, schools are not allowed to sponsor/pay for their teams
and high school coaches are not supposed to coach their teams.
League
Schedules will be posted on this site in early April 2008 and e-mailed directly
to each team contact.

2008 League Details
· Girls
Varsity & JV divisions

week season (starting
Sunday Apr. 13th, no games May 11th)

games each Sunday (10 games total)

times between Noon & 5:00 PM
· Cost
$525 ($475 + $50 refundable forfeit deposit per team)
· Two
20-minute halves (running clock)

Don't miss out!
Registration is limited to the first 24 teams. A $100 deposit per team
will hold your spots in the league now! Registration Deadline is March
15th. The balance of fees due April 1st. No refunds after March
15th. Make all checks payable to: Wheatland Athletic Association (WAA).
