Fall Baseball & Fall Softball - Don't wait!

2018 Fall Baseball - REGISTER HERE

This is an instructional league limited to 8-18 year olds (as of September 1, 2018)
The intent will be to build teams based upon special request with consideration of player skill level and age in order to create even teams. Maximum of 12 players per team and 6 teams per division. The league may be limited to the first 72 registrants in each division.

Teams will play 8 games, beginning in late August and ending in October. No games Labor Day weekend. Games will be on Sunday afternoons. Each team will practice one night per week. WAA reserves the right to change the organization of the league based upon number of registrations. Coaches will contact players in mid-August.

Volunteer Coaches are needed. Please complete the application and return to the WAA office by July 15th, attention Mary Rodriguez. Applications are available on the program page. One head coach per team will receive $50 refund!

See rules for game specifics. Jerseys, hats and socks will be provided; white pants and glove to be supplied by player.

2018 Fall Softball - REGISTER HERE

Age groups will allow your WAA summer softball team to continue playing together this fall! Program will have four divisions and 8th and 9th graders (Fall 2018) can play in the SWS in-house division.

Practices will begin in mid to late August. The season starts in September and will run until mid-October. All levels will play on ball diamonds. SWS games are on Sunday's, with a 12 game season. Double headers are played for six Sunday's (September & October). No games Labor Day weekend.

Teams are organized based on special requests, neighborhoods and schools. All coaches are volunteers and head coaches (one per team) will receive a $25 refund.

Rosters, schedules, uniforms and equipment will be distributed to coaches in August. Roster, game and practice schedules will not be available until after all coach meetings have been held. Players will be contacted by the coach of their team after distribution.

Important Dates:
Registration Opens - Late May 2018
Softball Coach Meetings - Mid-August
Season Opens - Practices start week of August 20
Game Begin - Early September
Season Ends - mid-October
Participant will need to provide glove, fielding mask, pants and shoes. WAA provides team equipment, player shirts and socks.
